This project was a joint venture at Khar and executed by an SPV under the name of SSG Associates. With 21 compact 2 BHK flats and a restaurant on the Ground floor for the Kinchin CHS Ltd, the building is an architectural beauty with excellent planning and implementation. The project took 26 months from commencement to occupation. The final amendments to the building will be made according to the inputs from JV Partners.
