This was an ambitious residential project and which provided an opportunity to work with Dattani Foundation. Our task was to load FSI by purchasing TDR from the open market and complete the partially constructed building. Though it served as a challenge to construct as per plans varying on each floor, we were successful in the implementation as per client’s wishlist
