With one flat on each floor, Nirmal is yet another zero wastage building with cross ventilation. The beautiful building stands tall in the heart of Shri Krishna Nagar overlooking the National Park at Borivali East. Though 40% of the plot area was give up for road widening, we took up the challenge and completed the building.
